A German citizen named Roman H., who killed two Russian women – his wife Maria and his adopted daughter Tatyana – was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Writes about this edition Bild.
The court found the man guilty of murder without aggravating circumstances, the circumstances of the crime are unclear. The court ruled on circumstantial evidence. The bodies of those killed have not yet been found, but investigators believe the women are dead. Large-scale search operations continue in the vicinity of Munich, where the Russians disappeared. Earlier, the police found a mud mat with traces of the blood of Maria and Tatiana in the forest.
According to the investigation, the man killed first his wife, and then his adopted daughter. He took the bodies in his wife’s car in an unknown direction, then washed and re-painted the walls in several rooms of the house where he committed the crime, and got rid of the carpet.
Roman H.’s father believes that his son is innocent. In his opinion, women could fly to Russia.
41-year-old Maria Hertsuski and her 16-year-old daughter Tatyana left the house on July 13 for shopping, after which they stopped communicating. The disappearance of the two women was reported by the ex-husband (who lives near Perlacher) and the current husband of Maria. Law enforcement authorities later suggested that the women were killed. A special team was formed to investigate.
