Immigrant's attorney seeks to open Phoenix case on fake ID
PHOENIX (AP) — The lawyer for an immigrant mother deported a year ago after President Donald Trump took office says he wants to reopen the case involving her conviction for using a fraudulent ID to get a job. Attorney Ray Ybarra Maldonado told a rally of about 40 people outside a U.S. immigration office Monday that a ruling on his petition is expected in Maricopa County Superior Court next month.
