The National Park Service is abandoning its plan to more than double entrance fees at parks after a major public backlash, announcing Thursday it will proceed with a much more modest price increase. Implementation of the new policy begins next month. The Rochester Public Library will refer accounts that owe more than $75 to the collection agency, Unique Management.
