CODY, Wyo. (AP) — Crews are scheduled to start making temporary repairs Tuesday to a section of the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway damaged by a landslide in northwest Wyoming. The work on Wyoming 296 about 20 miles (32 kilometers) west of the intersection with Wyoming 120 northwest of Cody is expected to cause traffic delays of about an hour. The Rhode Island State Police say 57-year-old Vincent Mitchell was arrested Monday and charged with 10 counts of embezzlement and fraudulent conversion over $100. (AP) — Officials say they have no estimate for how long it will take to restore Ozarks Public Television service to all viewers after a TV tower collapse in southwest Missouri that left one person dead. Missouri State University spokeswoman Suzanne Shaw said Monday she did not know when viewers who use antennas to get channels would be able to watch KOZK Ozarks Public Television. Along with me, Alaska Air invited about five of its most frequent flyers, a corporate travel manager, four flight attendants, and a handful of its own execs to the presentation.

The Raiders added another cornerback Monday, signing former Panthers starter Daryl Worley. Worley was traded to Philadelphia in March but released by the Eagles on April 15 after he was reportedly arrested near the team’s facility. NFL Network reported that Worley was found passed out in a vehicle blocking an intersection and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence along with weapons and disorderly conduct charges. SANAA, Yemen — An air strike by the Saudi-led coalition hit a wedding party in northern Yemen, killing at least 20 people, health officials said Monday, as harrowing images emerged on social media of the deadly bombing. COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (AP) — Firefighters are working to extinguish a wildfire that burned roughly 300 acres near the Missouri River in western Iowa. The Omaha World-Herald reports the fire that burned on Sunday has been contained, but it continued to smolder on Monday. The fire started near Council Bluffs and covered more than 2 miles of brush and trees to the Veterans Memorial Bridge that connects to south Omaha. AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) — Maine labor officials say the state set another record for lowest unemployment rate in March. The unemployment rate dropped to 2.7 percent in March, a drop of a little more than half a percentage point from March 2017. LONDON —The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth Monday morning to a new prince who is fifth in line to the British throne — and she was home by suppertime.
