Estonia's Large-Scale DNA-Collecting Project to Help Fight Rare Diseases
BRUSSELS (Sputnik) - The Estonian government's project to collect and study the DNA of 100,000 of its citizens may help better understand and counter rare diseases, although the ability to predict the onset of certain conditions may pose serious ethical questions, experts told Sputnik.
