DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Documents say that a suspect in the massacre of a family in which a parenting dispute is said to have played a role filed for custody of his daughter six days after the slayings. Defendant Edward "Jake" Wagner is one of four members of a different family charged with killing eight members of the Rhoden family in April 2016. BYROMVILLE, Ga. (AP) — CSX Railroad says an evacuation has been lifted in a small Georgia town where 30 train cars derailed, including some that tumbled from an overpass onto a highway. INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana's high court is taking up the appeal of a man sentenced to life in prison for the stabbing deaths of three people in northwestern Indiana.
