CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A man accused of walking dangerously close to Old Faithful geyser in Yellowstone National Park has waived his preliminary hearing on a separate incident in Cheyenne. KGAB-AM reports that Gabriel Villalva, of Greeley, Colorado, is charged in Laramie County with interference with a peace officer-injury, reckless driving and eluding. The charges stem from a Sept. 19 incident in which police say Villalva led police on a chase that included crashing into a police car. Villalva remains jailed on a $10,000 cash bond. 1 High-speed chase: Police say an 11-year-old boy in Ohio led officers on his second high-speed police chase in 13 months, this time after his mother took away a video game console. Police in suburban Cleveland say the boy took off in his mother’s SUV around 10:30 p.m. Sunday after she went to bed. Police reports say officers began chasing the boy as he sped down a road the wrong way, running stop lights and reaching speeds of 70 to 90 mph. PHOENIX (AP) — The Latest in Arizona's midterm election (all times local): 4 p.m. Police in the Phoenix suburb of Goodyear say a man has been arrested for allegedly carrying a BB gun and filming inside the venue. They say 37-year-old Brad Luebke was caught filming inside the Desert Springs Community Church around 12:35 p.m. Tuesday. Papa John's continues to struggle with the fallout from its founder's noisy departure, but its CEO says a new ad campaign is helping turn things around. The pizza chain said Tuesday it lost $13 million in the third quarter, a 160 percent decline from the July-September period a year ago. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 20 cents per share. That fell short of Wall Street's forecast of 22 cents, according to FactSet. LOS ANGELES — Online donations are streaming in for a Maywood (Los Angeles County) high school music teacher who was arrested after a video went viral showing him punching a 14-year-old student in the face after the boy used a racial epithet and threw a basketball at him. The fight Friday in the Maywood Academy High School classroom led to the arrest of teacher Marston Riley, 64, who is black, on suspicion of child abuse. CARLSBAD, Calif. (AP) _ SeaSpine Holdings Corp. (SPNE) on Tuesday reported a loss of $9.5 million in its third quarter. The Carlsbad, California-based company said it had a loss of 65 cents per share. The medical technology company posted revenue of $35.8 million in the period. SeaSpine expects full-year revenue in the range of $141 million to $142 million. SeaSpine shares have increased 72 percent since the beginning of the year.
