“According to the decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 97-UM dated October 6, 2020, it is necessary to provide information on the number of employees transferred to remote work starting from October 12. Taking into account the need to provide the specified information on a weekly basis, employers are obliged to upload a file with information about employees transferred to remote work no later than October 19, ”the department said.
The Mayor’s decree of October 6 states that data must be provided weekly on Mondays from October 12. The service was launched on October 9, and on Monday, the 12th, it crashed. The mayor’s office explained this by the fact that employers delayed submitting data until the last day, which created a high load on the service.
According to the order of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, due to the spread of the coronavirus, Moscow companies are required to transfer at least 30% of employees, as well as all employees over 65 and those suffering from chronic diseases, to remote work. From October 12, employers must provide the authorities with data on those transferred to a remote mode, including the numbers of their mobile phones, cars, Troika or Strelka electronic cards, social cards, monthly tickets without a limit.
For violation of the requirements for the transfer of information, employers face a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles. or suspension of activity. The correctness of data transmission will be checked selectively.
