Andrea Constand testified Monday at Cosby's sentencing hearing outside Philadelphia. She was on the witness stand for just two minutes but submitted a much lengthier victim-impact statement that wasn't read in court. Warner Bros. will release Margot Robbie’s female superhero team-up film “Birds of Prey” on Feb. 7, 2020, the studio announced Monday. Film will also be shown in IMAX. Niners cornerback Richard Sherman will miss a "few weeks" with a calf strain that forced him to exit in the second quarter of a 38-27 loss at Kansas City on Sunday, the NFL Network reported. Sherman’s injury is to left calf. In the offseason, he underwent surgery to remove bone spurs in his left Achilles tendon after he tore his right Achilles in November. William Winters Leverett was held on $2 million bond at his arraignment Monday on a murder charge in the November 2014 death of Melissa Millan. BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts has issued a public health alert after a spike in hepatitis A among the homeless and people with substance abuse disorder. The state Department of Public Health said Monday that since April there have been 65 acute cases of hepatitis A infection. One person died. BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) — Montana State University continues to set enrollment records, with nearly 17,000 students this fall. The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports the university in Bozeman saw its enrollment increase by 199 students over last fall, to 16,902 students — a 1.2 percent increase. School officials said Monday they're doing a better job of encouraging freshmen students to return for their sophomore year.
