SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) _ Nutanix Inc. (NTNX) on Thursday reported a loss of $87.4 million in its fiscal fourth quarter. On a per-share basis, the San Jose, California-based company said it had a loss of 51 cents. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense and amortization costs, came to 11 cents per share. MILWAUKEE (AP) — A federal bankruptcy judge says the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh must pay $15 million to cover the debts of the school's private foundation arising from a financial scandal involving five building projects. The Oshkosh Northwestern reports that Judge Susan Kelley ruled Wednesday that letters from two former UW-Oshkosh administrators, who promised to use university money to bail out the foundation, constitute enforceable contracts and therefore must be honored. NAMPA, Idaho (AP) — The number of Idaho public school students experiencing homelessness has grown by 64 percent over seven years, according to a report by the Idaho Asset Building Network. The report states that 2.6 percent of Idaho's public school students qualified as homeless last year, compared to 1.6 percent in 2010. The group's report is based on figures from the state Department of Education. COPENHAGEN — A Swedish government study says there’s been a recent surge in the number of automated Twitter accounts ahead of the Sept. 9 election, noting that 40 percent of them are more likely to support the anti-immigration Sweden Democrats party, expected to make gains. YANGON, Myanmar — Myanmar has deliberately obstructed aid deliveries to civilians in war-torn Kachin and northern Shan states, actions that may amount to war crimes, a human rights group said Thursday. LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities in Las Vegas have confirmed that a child found dead in a duffel bag last week was the 3-year-old daughter of a woman accused of killing her and reporting her missing. The Clark County coroner said Thursday that Dejah Hunt died of blunt force injuries before her body was found late Aug. 23 in an apartment closet. Police say the girl's 29-year-old mother, Aisha Yvonne Thomas, told detectives her daughter became unconscious early that morning after Thomas struck the child in the head for wetting her pants.
