BENSALEM, Pa. (AP) — Officials say the body of a man trapped underground by a gas station explosion in Pennsylvania has been located, but efforts to recover the body continue. Bensalem Public Safety Director Fred Harran says 2 feet of debris is hampering recovery of the body near one of the station's three 8,000-gallon (30,000-liter) gasoline tanks. BOISE, Idaho (AP) — An Idaho judge under investigation for the past eight months has since announced he will retire next month. The Idaho Statesman reports that 3rd District Magistrate Judge F. Randall Kline submitted his notice of retirement to the Idaho Supreme Court on Friday. His retirement will be effective on July 1. VILLA HILLS, Ky. (AP) — Authorities in Kentucky and Ohio are searching for a man who police say jumped into the Ohio River while he was being sought by officers. News outlets report the man's identity hasn't been released. Cincinnati police said in a tweet that he is suspected of being a felony fugitive from Ohio and that he evaded a Ludlow, Kentucky, Police Department K-9, entering the river around 1 p.m. Wednesday.
