Man gets life in prison for stabbing death
WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts man has been sentenced to life in prison for stabbing another man to death_77 times. A Superior Court jury in Worcester found 52-year-old David Roman guilty Wednesday of first-degree murder for the 2015 death of Joseph Stanick. Judge Janet Kenton-Walker imposed the statutory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Stanick's body was found in his Southbridge home in May 2015 with 77 stab wounds.
