OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin will soon decide on a bill that would only allow judges to sentence juveniles convicted of murder to life in prison without parole. NEW YORK (AP) — A prosecutor says that more people will be charged in the criminal investigation of a cult-like group that included former "Smallville" actress Allison Mack. At a court hearing on Friday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Moira Penza told a judge that the government plans to file a new indictment naming more defendants, but he didn't go into specifics. MURPHY, N.C. (AP) — A North Carolina high school principal has been placed on administrative leave without pay after he was charged with taking indecent liberties with a student. The Asheville Citizen-Times reports Cherokee County Sheriff's Office detective R.L. Williams said Murphy High School principal Thomas Graham was arrested in February and initially placed on administrative leave with pay. CHICAGO (AP) — Authorities say about 15 kindergarteners became ill after a Shedd Aquarium visit and have similar symptoms as more than 100 high school students who attended prom at the aquarium. FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — A son of the late South Florida businessman Wayne Huizenga is facing charges that he drove his power boat drunk. A Broward Sheriff's Office report released Friday says a firefighter found 56-year-old Robert Huizenga passed out at the helm of his 30-foot boat in the New River Canal near Fort Lauderdale late Wednesday. (AP) — Authorities say an emergency room nurse suspected of stealing narcotics and exposing patients to Hepatitis C at Puyallup's Good Samaritan Hospital is under arrest and has been booked into jail.
