LOCKPORT, N.Y. (AP) — A 60-unit, three-story affordable housing development has opened in a western New York town. Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Thursday that the $17.7 million Packet Boat Landing Apartments in Lockport in Niagara County had its grand opening. ITHACA, N.Y. (AP) — Ithaca's airport is in line for a $22 million overhaul, thanks in part to a $14 million investment by the state of New York. Democratic Gov.
