NEW YORK (AP) — A firefighter who was killed battling a fire on a New York City movie set has been posthumously promoted to lieutenant. Mayor Bill de Blasio and Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro announced firefighter Michael Davidson's promotion on Saturday. Davidson died early Friday after suffering severe smoke inhalation in the burning basement of a Harlem building where the movie "Motherless Brooklyn" was being filmed. PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Army officials say a fire is burning at a southern Colorado depot about 4 miles from where old chemical weapons are stockpiled. Pueblo Chemical Depot spokesman Aaron Clementi said Saturday the fire has destroyed two buildings and damaged a third but is about 90 percent contained. Clementi says there is no danger to the 780,000 shells filled with liquid mustard agent in the chemical area 4 miles to the north. Evacuation orders were lifted Saturday morning for the areas near Moccasin Dam and Reservoir in Tuolumne County, after a scare that the dam was close to failing forced nearby residents from their homes. The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission lifted the orders at 9:30 a.m., and reported in a statement, “The dam itself remains intact and all immediate safety risks have been mitigated.” This followed a scare that began on Thursday, when the dam seemed close to failing after heavy rains. DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The family of a Des Moines police officer killed in a 2016 wrong-way crash is blaming the design of an interstate interchange in a new lawsuit. ATHENS, Ohio (AP) — A woman and her boyfriend have been indicted in southeast Ohio on aggravated murder charges in the death of the woman's 3-month-old daughter.
