FRANKLINVILLE, N.J. (AP) — A 10-year-old boy accused of emailing threats that caused three New Jersey school districts to close has been criminally charged. The Courier Post on Thursday reports the Franklin district student was charged with making terroristic threats and causing a false public alarm.
