MILWAUKEE (AP) _ Weyco Group Inc. (WEYS) on Friday reported first-quarter profit of $3 million.
On a per-share basis, the Milwaukee-based company said it had profit of 29 cents.
The footwear distributor posted revenue of $69.5 million in the period.
Weyco shares have climbed 23 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Friday, shares hit $36.67, a climb of 32 percent in the last 12 months._____
