Can't believe there's FC fans defending Hoy. The the guy haa always been a corn on the cob. And it looks like he gets that from his old fella.
He came across here last season giving it the big-un that they would destroy Rovers in his interviews. His comments stuck on the Rovers dressing room wall was Gold for Willie Peters team talks.
And what did Hoy serve up in the year and half he was here? Nothing, he was absolute garbage. A very average championship player at his very inconsistant best. Читать дальше...

I just feel like you're all working yourself into a frenzy over "passive" defence - I think RS coaches for energy efficiency and trying to work the percentages at times, but something's going wrong in either the application of this, or the players' execution (i.e. errors).
Short kick-offs: favourite topic. So it does actually work to regain possession and position sometimes, and the win is significant when you pull it off. Statistically you take some losses... Читать дальше...
Never seen those side on highlights before, just the Benidorm flats coverage.
If we're gonna get all nostalgic, somebody should fish out the codhead beating too..lol

Since March 31st some 996 Wigan fans have read my message about the programme fair at St Helens on Saturday June 1st. I put the same message on all the club sites and the site that has attracted the most interest has been this one with 996 views and there is probably a few more to come as well
If you all turn up on the day it is going to be a little bit crowded in there. Well done.

I think this is the most optimistic I have ever been about getting a win against Toulouse.
I worry about Souter. I think he is a great player who plays very close to the edge. He has had a couple of sins and a ban.
I don't want him to alter his attitude in game but I think he has got to rein it in a bit and not argue decisions that go against him. I fear it could cost us dearley one day.
Having said that I think he is a fantastic find.

Does anyone subscribe to League plus. Rhinos have been the featured match 6 out of 7 rounds. So there games have not been available for 48hrs or sometimes longer….complete waste of time/money. I subscribed as I do not have Sky and due to health issues have not been able to attend away games and all but one home game.Very disappointed won’t subscribe again.

Maybe a coach who thrives where, with all due respect, expectations aren't as high. He'd be under pressure from some here from 5 games in.

Why cant we go down the route of conferring with the touchies / in goal refs then using the RU TMO version of - is there any reason I cannot give this try?

Ben Currie out for 5 weeks torn peck (chest muscle so presumably peck) so won't be playing Sunday. He played 2nd half against Leeds with it

Yep agree mate. I just think it’s still too early to judge RS on this season - we’ve had a couple of wins and decent results, then a couple of ordinary performances and a bad one against Wire.
I’m not entirely convinced he’s got the squad right this year still, question for me is whether it’s close enough to find some form, or close enough to add 2-3 good players next year and bridge the gap.
I think we’re all sick of mediocrity on the pitch over a very long period of time… In fact at times mediocrity would have been a gift! Читать дальше...

I think I am prepared to let Tony have a crack for the rest of the season, if we come out of this with a group of youngsters who have the right attitude and a lot of game time under their belt then it might be good for the long term.
Lets face it, if he is still here, under these circumstances, and still fighting the rot - he must think he can do something about it
It would be massive for us to get our two outstanding props back in the side. Without them, I struggle to see a path to winning unless KR stink the place out.

Hodgson to debut, looked fantastic in the reserves, worth watching the highlights of the game to see his passing and running game.
