My post was not aimed at the so called supporters who weren't going down, but some general information to those who were going down. And yes we did have a good weekend. The team were not good but two points is two points. Perhaps you need to get a season ticket for the teams you admire better than the Giants.

Yes Wigans pack may be better next time with returning players but ours could be too with Passi and Bell.

Hull FC are suffering from the financial fallout of the pandemic. And some poor decisions, but that comes back to money because they can’t afford to rectify those errors as quickly as they want/need to. They don’t have an independently wealthy benefactor and aren’t inherently ‘big’ in the way Wigan and Leeds are.

Leeds learned some of the wrong lessons from their period of success, falling in love with the mythology of it a bit too much. At some point I expect them to realise this and buy back their seat at the top table. Читать дальше...

Nice to go through a game with no players up before the MRP but on the other hand,Wigan fans getting their knickers in a twist over the Byrne sending off and being referred to the tribunal.In the current climate it’s a shoulder to the head and we have had bans dished out for a lot worse challenges so they should just accept it it happens.

Somehow it eases the pain somewhat if our rising stars leave for Oz or other foreign clubs. Like when Tom Johnston left, I could accept his departure far more easily than if he had signed for Leeds or Wigan. Hopefully bothTom and Murph will be back in a Trinity jersey in the not too distant future.

Tony Smith signed a player from NRL for Rovers called Brad Takairangi. He was going to be the bees knees and cost a lot of money. We even had to let Robbie Mulhern go to create the funds for him via a swap deal in which the cheap Louis Johnson replaced him and freed funds for Takairangi,

Smith played Takairangi who was a centre at half back with no success and then Taka got drunk drove on the wrong side of the A63 and crashed into a police car. He was very very close to jail.

It kind of feels like a temporary solution. There's so much unused space there that I'm sure the Council will allow you to go to town on it, provided they get something back. I know it's nearly a week off but with the crap weather I'd rather be looking forward to a game that is normally very close and hopefully a bit less depressing than Friday's debacle.
Think the 9 day turnaround should recharge some batteries although looking at the forecast its going to be a very heavy ground again. Team wise if Widdop has to be included I hope Finn goes back to using him off the bench and playing our two best halves from the start. Fairbank will obviously come back, and if Hursey...
