A vandal arrested in Lagos caused a stir when he started behaving as if he had lost his sanity.
According to report, the vandal was arrested with a cutlass, screw driver and other things used in his illegal activity and paraded by security operatives.
The unnamed man started behaving in a strange way raising speculation about whether he was mentally stable or not.

NAIJ.com gathered that there was also suggestion that he has high on “weed” and his demonstration was only a testament of his drug-induced madness.
He even smiled for the camera was his picture was being taken during the parade.
