Man charged in shootings that injured 3 people in S Carolina
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina police say one person has been charged in a shooting that injured three people in an area that's the center of nightlife in the state's capital city.
The Columbia Police Department said in a news release that 22-year-old Arthur Jones Jr. is charged with three counts of attempted murder and other charges in connection with the Five Points shootings. His bond hearing is scheduled for Monday.
The shootings occurred about 2 a.m. Sunday.
Two of three male victims in their 20s were listed in critical condition Sunday, while the third was in stable condition.
Columbia police identified the victims as a 23-year-old who attends St.
