At Hillbarn, timeless Peter Pan goes further back in time
What generation of theatergoers hasn’t been reared, in part, on the enchantment of Peter Pan?
With Hillbarn Theatre’s “Peter and the Starcatcher,” which Rick Elice adapted for the stage based on the 2004 novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, audiences can extend the magic further back in time to a Tony Award-winning origin story of how J.M. Barrie’s beloved characters came to be.
Directed by Jeffrey Lo, the show allows a girl, Molly (Adrienne Kaori Walters), to be the hero much of the time.
