MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A real estate agent from North Dakota is among the hundreds of concert-goers wounded in a shooting rampage at an outdoor show in Las Vegas. Andrew Gudmunson of Minot was shot Sunday night at the Jason Aldean concert, where a sniper from a high-rise hotel killed at least 58 people. Gudmunson works at Century 21 Action Realtors in Minot. NEW YORK (AP) — A Russian woman accused of blackmailing former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer won't have to face trial on the allegations. Svetlana Travis Zakharova pleaded guilty Monday to a misdemeanor larceny charge involving a different man. A judge sentenced her to 90 days in jail. She's already served more than that while awaiting trial. Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark says the plea bargain also resolves an indictment in which Zakharova had been accused of extorting Spitzer by threatening to reveal details of their sexual relationship. NEW YORK (AP) — Wells Fargo's chief executive is saying the bank remains "deeply sorry" for its sales tactics and that a year since the scandal over them exploded has substantially changed for the better. The comments from Tim Sloan come ahead of his scheduled appearance in front of the Senate Banking Committee on Tuesday. PHOENIX (AP) — A Fort Defiance woman and her two sons have been sentenced to federal prison for health care fraud. Prosecutors say Vestah Tikium was given a 33-month term while Terdell Dawes got a two-year sentence and her other son, Terrell Dawes, was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison. The three also were ordered by a U.S. District Court judge in Phoenix to pay more than $3 million in restitution. DETROIT (AP) — Tesla Inc. says it delivered a record number of vehicles in the third quarter even though it made fewer of its new Model 3 sedans than anticipated. Tesla delivered 26,150 vehicles in the July-September period, up 4.5 percent from the same quarter a year ago. Most were Model S sedans and Model X SUVs. Tesla delivered only 220 Model 3 cars. MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Alabama is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to let it proceed with an execution of a man convicted of killing his estranged wife and father-in-law in 1993. The Alabama attorney general on Monday asked the nation's high court to overturn an injunction blocking Thursday's execution of 56-year-old Jeffery Lynn Borden. PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The father of the suspected Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock operated an Oregon bingo parlor after escaping from a Texas prison in the late 1960s. An Oregon Supreme Court opinion from 1981 said FBI agents arrested Patrick Benjamin Paddock — also known as Bruce Ericksen — on Sept. 6, 1978 at the Bingo Center in Springfield. With the decision Monday, Oregon and Louisiana will remain the only states to allow juries to convict most felony defendants with a 10-2 vote.
