Always though there was a good coach in there somewhere, will be interested to see how he goes.
Always hoped he would get a gig back here as an assistant - but happy to have Henderson ahead of him as things stand.
Good appointment by Trin I think

this saturday at 6pm, stupid time!! against wakefield
expect a few more first team players for this one, symonds and mamo the main.... question marks over taai and ikahihifo.
mcgillvary, cudjoe and mellor certainly wont play.
the last hit out for the senior players before round 1 of sl.... gaskell - brough- rankin... hope its going to work!
would think wakefield are ahead of us prep wise with more friendly games under their belts already

Watched the highlights. Hard to judge player performances but from what i saw my thoughts below.
Two assists from Reiss Butterworth, should be our interchange hooker IMO His dummy and inside ball for Crossley made that try. Super talent.
Minchella showed some nice touches and passing. With Chiholm & Keyes fit, Minchella as a ball playing 13 could give us plenty in attack.
Kirk looks to have filled out a bit. Looked in the mould of Kopczak from what i saw.
Looking forward... Читать дальше...

I'd agree with that. Just seems little credit for our youngsters or concession we also had lots of first 17 missing?Factor in Lee playing 1 minute Addy injury Masoe dead leg and Clarkson head knock.Carney Quinlan only playing half.We had plenty of positives. With that many changes and particularly young uns it's a credit to both it didn't turn into a stop start waste of time like other friendly have.

Disappointing yes, but does it prove what club says, Sundays not a popular day for games.
Would guess some turned out just because they had not seen a game for some time also, and some not go due to temperature.

I don't see it. Not who I would have picked. Not even in my top 5, however what the fook do I know? I'm 100% behind him! All the best to him and the team.

Was told twice last night by separate curly turd fans that we had a near full strength team out versus their kids One even said KR didn't play any kids at all.God knows what they would have been like if they'd actually won? I don't think any Rovers fan is reading anything into this as majority of both packs were missing plus centres etc. Both teams will have different goals this season but with Australia and real sense of entitlement after cup wins it won't take much...
