Netflix is continuing to make big gains in international markets, but there's evidence that it might have hit a ceiling in the US, according to analysts at UBS.

"In the US, after nearly a decade of streaming service availability, it appears that penetration of streaming services has stagnated around 50% of US [broadband] homes," the analysts, led by Doug Mitchelson, wrote in a note distributed Friday (based on a proprietary survey of 2,000).

(Reuters) - International investigators have said for the first time that they suspect President Bashar al-Assad and his brother are responsible for the use of chemical weapons in the Syrian conflict, according to a document seen by Reuters.

A joint inquiry for the United Nations and global watchdog the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had previously identified only military units and did not name any commanders or officials.

China and Russia have expressed concern about a US plan to deploy an antimissile system in South Korea and vowed to take unspecified "countermeasures," state media reported.
