But the Argentine believes it will be tense when they do get the green light and says he is worried about catching the virus.
Aguero said: “The majority of players are scared because they have family, they have children, they have babies.
“When we go back, I imagine that we will be very tense, we will be very careful and the moment someone feels ill, you will think: ‘what’s gone on there’.
“It does scare me but I have just been here with my girlfriend, I haven’t had contact with other people.
“They say that to contract the disease like that is very rare and difficult.
“But they say that there are people who have it, and they don’t have symptoms and they can infect you, that’s why I’ve stayed at home.
“You can be infected and you don’t know anything about it.
“I hope there is a vaccine so all this ends.”
Aguero has stayed in Manchester during the lay off while many of his City team-mates have headed back to their native countries.
He will be relieved to hear that City have again knocked their return date back – as it was originally pencilled in for Monday.
Now though Guardiola and his staff are waiting to see what the Premier League decide at their meeting on Friday – before making any further decisions.
Aguero said: “Around 15 days ago we were informed that the projected date for a return to training was to be 4 May.
“But now there is a new meeting. There is still no certainty as when we resume competitive games”
Aguero says the squad are still dreaming of being able to play the second leg of their Champions League last 16 tie against Real Madrid in front of fans.

But he admits that is unlikely to happen with social distancing set to remain for the long-term due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
