BERLIN — Prosecutors are charging a 34-year-old man who allegedly attacked passengers on a crowded city bus with a knife in the northern town of Luebeck with attempted murder. After Joy Grant's caregiver called police to check on her well being, Grant had a surprise piano performance by Santa Ana Police Officer, Robert Velasco.
