Russian president discusses situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenian, Azerbaijani counterparts
The Russian, Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents - Vladimir Putin, Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev - had telephone conversations and agreed to continue their contacts in different formats.
Russia is and will continue taking consistent mediatory steps to reduce tension. The sides also highlighted resumption of negotiations through the OSCE Minsk Group’s mediation to further look for a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
