Defendant in polygamous food stamp fraud released from jail
ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) — A defendant in a polygamous sect's food stamp fraud scheme has been released from jail after an update to the terms of his release.
Prosecutors say the men's GPS monitors tipped them off, but defense attorneys denied the allegations.
