Highway shooting suspect planned to kill man
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — Court documents show a man charged with murder in a shooting following a highway vehicle accident near College Station said he spent the day planning to slay the man.
The Brazos County sheriff's office says 46-year-old Kevin Pullen of Bryan was charged with murder, aggravated assault involving family violence and tampering with physical evidence in Monday's shooting.
