Small Brazil city on edge after man dies from yellow fever

Iowa food pantries assist schools facing food insecurity

ISU programs lets high school students work with professors

ISU faculty will introduce their current research projects to freshman, sophomores and juniors. They'll work with the instructors on the tools and techniques used in academic research. The students contribute to those projects or conduct their own research with peers. The cost is $650. The initial application deadline is April 1.

Trustees set April interviews for Jackson State presidency

Trustees to vote on new Auburn University president

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) — Trustees will be voting on a new president of Auburn University. An announcement from the university says board members have a special called meeting set for Monday morning to name a new president. The board is looking for a successor to Jay Gogue, who plans to retire this summer. A 14-member search committee began looking for a new president after Gogue announced his plans in September. Gogue began his term as president in 2007. The Georgia native is an Auburn graduate.

Report: Alleged Yahoo hacker worked at Prokhorov bank

MOSCOW (AP) — A Russian news report says an intelligence agent charged by the United States in the hacking of half a billion Yahoo user accounts worked at an investment bank owned by billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, who also owns the Brooklyn Nets basketball team. The report Saturday in the respected business newspaper Kommersant cited a source as saying Igor Sushchin worked for Renaissance Capital as a security director.
