OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Berkshire Hathaway's real estate brokerage is expanding overseas with an acquisition in Germany. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services said Monday it is adding Berlin-based Rubina Real Estate to its network. Financial terms weren't disclosed. SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Two police officers exchanged gunfire with a suspect early Monday in the lakeside Idaho resort town of Sandpoint in a shootout that left the suspect dead and the officers wounded, authorities said.
