I've only seen him once I think but he seemed pretty good and there are a lot of good comments about him.

Although these are all coming a couple of days after takeover, they've obviously done a lot of ground work while the terms were being sorted.

I was at that charity match at Wilderspool...When I read Rod Stewart was down to play I didn't think he'd turn up but he did and he was a very good footballer. His hero was Denis Law and he copied all of Law's mannerisms, favourite being the one arm salute when he scored. Bobby Charlton definitely wasn't there unless he was sat inthe stands but I never saw him

So I have not really posted much on this, as fully expected we would be this low.... For me however it looks like London and Cas out of SL next year and Tolouse and Bradford in....

Not sure what the approach is for next year. Why would you spend money on the squad next year, we are going down anyway, but will you get crowds if your conceeding 50+ each game

So let's enjoy the season then! I think the club already knew that was likely the case. Lads can play with no pressure enjoy the SL experience and maybe some fans will be drawn back.
Importantly is some fans can be drawn back is getting them to keep coming the following season.
Surprised at the lowest B spot but with the gradings we were never going to be close to top 12

I think grading is worse than P+R, and it will continue the sniping and culture of putting down other clubs down, when one of the few unique selling points that Rugby League has (and the one that has made an indent into mainstream culture) is the "sense of community". If this puts off players and fans from some clubs, and many of those left just hates each other even more that's going to be gone too.

I see the provisional IMG ratings are out and some of them take a bit of believing .Giants are rated 9th out of 35 and i don't think anyone can grumble at that personally. It's next years that count anyway so its vital that we have a good season next year, If i understand it right field results are taken on the previous 3 years so as i see it we will be losing the year we finished high up the league and replacing it with next years result.
