Let's see when Connor comes in and plays at 6. Pryce is not a half back. He's a full back, and just needs to run, use that great pace of his. Missed yesterday's match but didn't seem like many highlights.

Well we have at least got our first points but to be honest we look anything but convincing, Its early days to be sure but we look like we are going to be persevering with the same style as last year which saw us ultimately fall short.

I enjoyed this thread last season and seeing how the forwards stacked up against each other statistically week in, week out as it developed some interesting discussions, so thought it was worth bringing back for this season.

Liam Hood doesn’t have to be “quick at hooker”. Not every number 9 is going to be a Damien Cook / Daryl Clark type of player.

Hood dictates the pace of our attack with his intelligence and accuracy in passing. Plus he’s dominant in defence and helps balance our efforts when the likes of Atoni et al are blowing up.

You could name 20 things wrong with our squad but Hood isn’t one of them.
