, con el empresario Michael Lewis, se ha convertido en uno de los eventos más aclamados del verano y el secreto mejor guardado del enlace, el vestido de la novia, por fin ha visto la luz y no con un solo diseño, sino con cinco modelos exclusivos diseñados y confeccionados a medida y para la ocasión.
Se trata de cinco creaciones de la firma Dolce & Gabbana, marca italiana de la que Kitty es embajadora desde hace años, y fue la propia Maison la encargada de difundir las primeras imágenes de la boda y algunos detalles de los estilismos de la novia.
Fueron todos los vestidos diseños hechos a mano, que «celebran la la belleza de la novia, la pasión por Alta Moda y la alegría absoluta de la ocasión», tal y como indicaban desde la propia firma.

De todos los diseños, el vestido nupcial era el más esperado y el que más expectación ha levantado. Se trata de un vestido de inspiración victoriana, confeccionado en encaje blanco, con cuerpo estilo corsé, cuello alto, mangas con volumen en los hombros y una larga falda sobre la que cae un velo bordado de tul.
Tras el clásico e impoluto blanco, la novia vistió cuatro diseños más. Desde un segundo en azul de tul bordado con flores y capa a juego; a otro con cuerpo en color verde y una gran falda blanca también con flores. El cuarto diseño de manga corta, en blanco y con lentejuelas, pedrería y aplicaciones florales; y un quinto y último con incrustaciones en dorado. Estilismos complejos y repletos de adornos, joyas, brillos y pedrería, tal y como la firma italiana, así como la propia novia han compartido estos días en sus redes sociales.

; su novio hasta entonces, el millonario sudafricano Michael Lewis tiene 62 años. Ambos comenzaron su relación el verano de 2018 y se comprometieron hace algo más de año y medio, en enero de 2020. Para la novia era su primer matrimonio, mientras que para Lewis era el segundo, él está divorciado y tiene tres hijos.
