Russia is denying charges from the United States and Britain that its agents have planted malware on key internet equipment to spy on rivals, steal trade secrets and potentially launch cyberattacks. There have been reports about upcoming changes to Spotify’s free tier of service over the past couple of weeks, and it appears the music service is now serving the updated UI to select users. While The Verge cannot confirm if this is officially the new form of the free version for mobile expected to roll out next week, these UI changes, which include the option to play songs on demand in select playlists, would make the free tier act more like a Premium account. A new class-action lawsuit alleges the private company behind one of the nation’s largest immigrant detention centers makes millions in profits while forcing detainees to work for meager wages. ATLANTA (AP) — Tuition rates at Georgia's public colleges will hold steady for the next academic year. The state Board of Regents voted Tuesday not to increase tuition for 2018-19. Enrollment costs will remain the same all 26 public colleges and universities in Georgia. CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A bill that would establish paid family and medical leave has an uncertain future as a New Hampshire legislative committee gives it another look. Republican Gov. Chris Sununu told the Senate Finance Committee he can't support the bill and that more research is needed. The measure cleared three votes in the House before it went to the committee. It now heads to the Senate. Republican Senate President Chuck Morse said the vote shows there are still questions about program costs and how people can opt out of it.

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — An immigrant from Brazil who has lived in the United States for nearly 28 years has lost a court bid to stay and faces deportation this week. Lawyers for 65-year-old Elvecio Viana, of Nashua, New Hampshire, say he came to the U.S. on a visa. He recently filed papers for permanent resident status, but was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials on March 5. An official says seven students at a Maryland elementary school have used razor blades from pencil sharpeners to cut their arms. A spokesman for Prince George's County public schools said Tuesday that a William Paca Elementary School parent alerted staff to her concerns March 29, leading the district to send a crisis counseling team to the school in Landover. Ricketts approved the bills on Tuesday, one day before lawmakers convene for the last day of this year's session. The governor says the measures will help taxpayers, but he's disappointed lawmakers didn't approve his property and corporate tax package.
