Last ditch talks are currently being held between the government, Air Malta and the Alpa pilots' union in an effort to stave off a strike and reach a reform deal which will see pilots' pay and flying hours raised. Meanwhile, two planes leased by Air Malta complete with crews have arrived in Malta for use should the pilots call a strike. COLUMBIA, Miss. (AP) — A man has been arrested after police southern Mississippi found several drugs in his car and hidden in his body. Columbia Police Sgt. Jason Cook told WDAM-TV that 34-year-old Larrell Abrams was pulled over and officers found methamphetamine, crack cocaine, marijuana, hydrocodone, and Xanax in his possession. Bornean orangutans are endangered, with less than 100 living in accredited institutions across North America, and not many more living out in the wild.
