Tata Sons on Wednesday said it would soon move the Supreme Court challenging the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal’s (NCLAT) order quashing removal of Cyrus Pallonji Mistry as executive chairman of Tata Sons in October 2016. “Though we are deeply disappointed, we are going to take recourse to all legal processes, including moving SC, to challenge its correctness.”
