OSCE not to join St Petersburg top-level talks on Karabakh
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is not arranging the St Petersburg trilateral presidential meeting on Nagorno-Karaabkh, the news agency TASS reports, citing a spokesperson.
Speaking to the agency, Natasha Rajakovich said that the organization has nothing to do with the upcoming talks initiated by Russia. But she didn’t reportedly give further details.
