EEU prime ministers to meet in Yerevan in May - Tigran Sargsyan
The prime ministers of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union have agreed to conduct their next meeting in Yerevan, Armenia on May 20.
The plan was announced at by Tigran Sargsyan, the chairman of the Eurasian Economic Union's Commission board, at the meeting in Moscow on Tuesday.
"The inter-governmental session focused on issues that require finalization of positions by parties to enable the Commission to proceed with preparing new documents. We have particularly agreed to return to the common oil market concept at the Inter-Governmental Commission's Next session. We will discuss also the railway transport issue in Yerevan. The heads of the EEU countries' governments have agreed to more frequently arrange meetings," he said.
Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan was reported to be planning a two-day trip to the Russian Federatopm to attend the session. A meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is also on his visit's agenda.
