Russian political scientist, expert of the Russian Council on International Affairs Sergei Markedonov commented on the statement of the RF Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin on selling weapon to Azerbaija, citing a phrase from the advertisement "Sometimes it's better to chew than speak" as an epigraph to his speech.
A day before Dmitry Rogozin had announced that Russia will continue to sell Azerbaijan as its strategic partner weapons according to the relevant agreements.
