(“SoftBank”) has resolved to conduct a tender offer for the common shares and the stock acquisition rights of SB Technology Corp., a subsidiary of SoftBank and SBG, pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948; as amended). This completion follows ValueCommerce‘s board resolution on March 11, 2024 to repurchase its own shares and conduct a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) as the specific method for this repurchase.
