Hip-hop legend Scarface performs at Yoshi’s Oakland
Scarface came up in the 1980s and early ’90s with the pioneering rap group Geto Boys, featuring Willie D and Bushwick Bill. But he had even more success as a solo artist, with critically praised and lyrically strong albums including “Mr. Scarface is Back” (1991), “The Last of a Dying Breed” (2002) and his most recent album “Deeply Rooted” (2015).
