if his wage demands are not over inflated then I would be quite happy him signing as a replacement for Galloway.
I would also be happy if we went for the guy Yaha or whatever he`s called playing for Catalans to replace Hall.

I said at the start of the season that I didnt think we were quite good enough yet
for a top 4 spot, on our kind of budget.
I also said that I thought that there would be like a 3 way split on the league. I wasnt that far off.
Maybe with the right strengthening for 2019, who knows

18 people have donated £1,100 so far. Wouldn’t cover a lot of people’s monthly wage, never mind a player.

I agree but would also like to add, that Maguire left Wane a team that could have dominated the comp due to the end of an era for Saints and Leeds.
I remeber a lot of people posting back at the end of 2011 and in 2012 that we could enter a period dominance like Leeds and Saints enjoyed due to our failure under the Whelan Lindsay years.
Yes the change is happening at last, and the Wane v Wane has got boring but it is still going on as he is still the head coach, so it's still relevant. Читать дальше...

Why goodbye Derek?I think he will stay ,out of all the Club's in the Championship,we have the best ground, best facilities ,best crowds, the reason we finished where we are , keeping Jukesy on to long,if we had got shut after the Barrow away game things would have been different.
What we need now is get shut of the average and below average players, the table doesn't lie, we have the worst attack and defence in the top 6, last week we made a poor Rochdale look good ... Читать дальше...

These suspensions are a timely reminder... derbies can sometimes be a bit feisty, but we CANNOT be provoked into throwing punches or responding to the same.
If we get Leeds first in the 8s then our players would no doubt get done for headbutting Hull fists, but there’s only so much you can do.
We need stronger amateur Teams Miners, East ,and Pats are not what they use to be most of the top amateur sides are in Yorkshire

Visas for Canada are not required....I know there are a couple of threads spreading false misinformation about this. The moderators still won't let me post in the Terrace or Leigh page even though they said I was banned for a week about a month ago....I guess they forgot. Sort of like they forgot to apologize for accusing me of being someone else...the games they play!
Let me make this clear: No fan or player requires a VISA to enter Canada...anyone telling you anything different is totally incorrect. Читать дальше...

I see Crosby's talking about wanting a long-term deal. Doesn't sound like he's actually signed for anyone else yet.

I think KP has done a good job with the hand he was dealt. He inherited a team in disarray and just about dead and buried. One of the worst teams in the league with zero team spirit and confidence when he got them, turned into the second best team in the league. I think we need to rethink our halfback pairing, and rebuild our pack. I do not think we need a new coach.

The SL sides that are going to Canada are going with a few weeks notice, not 6 months like most Championship sides have had.
Why should they put themselves out so a semi-pro ex-con can meander over to Canada for a jolly when their club have had ample time to sort it?

I’d like to see some figures but I’d guess it’s not a great deal more then the other big teams. I get where you’re coming from to an extent and we certainly should’ve won more then we have but some would argue that we have seen the results of that outlay and the academy via a challenge cup win, two grand final wins and a World Club Challenge in addition to other final appearances. Having watched the England u16 lose to France, i am amazed that Joe Burton wasn't chosen amongst a few others.
Hanley was ok but I'm not sure he is a centre and the other centre from Hull didn't offer much.
Leeds halves are much better than McNamara who was chosen at 6.
I think England had only 3-4 players who impressed.
