On July 17 The Post and Courier ran an eminently sensible editorial on Charleston County’s proposed referendum to fund highway improvements. That editorial is a perfect point of departure for County Council members in finalizing the desperately needed referendum as it ultimately will go before county voters.
I hope many of you are finally understanding where the United States is going and where we may end up if nothing changes.
