Coalition savaged in latest Newspoll
Support for the Coalition has plunged to its lowest levels in a decade as the party attempts to clean itself up after last week’s leadership coup. The latest Australian Newspoll reveals Labor has blown out their lead on two-party preferred terms, leading the Coalition 44-56 per cent. Opposition Leader Bill Shorten has also won his first head-to-head test with new Prime Minister, leading Scott Morrison as preferred Prime Minister 33-39. Image: Aaron Francis / News Corp Australia
