Canada Goose Holdings Inc. said Tuesday that it has partnered with Sazaby League Ltd. for a joint venture in Japan that starts in April. Pfizer Inc. said Tuesday it has entered an agreement with Unicef to supply it with up to 4 million doses of its COVID-19 antiviral for 95 low and middle-income countries.
