Good Afternoon. It's Tuesday 30th April, and here are the latest headlines from Elland Road...
All Phillips is interested in, is playing for Leeds
Kelvin Phillips is only interested interested in playing for Leeds Utd, according to withheld sources discussing the 28yo holding midfielder with 'Football Insider'. Phillips has endured a torrid two years (nearly) away from Elland Road since his £42m move to the Etihad. His loan spell to West Ham (in January) was supposed to get him... Читать дальше...
Could be a meaningless kick about between 2 teams who bottled automatic with the huge budgets and star players.
Could be our most important game of the season where we just need to match Ipswich to secure promotion.
The relevance will be decided before we meet.
Talent in abundance on both sides, Summerville vs Armstrong, Rutter vs Adams.
And bad form as well
Exactly the same form over the last 7, 2 wins each, 8 points, Southampton with the slight better goal difference but generally crap from both. Читать дальше...
I'm a Sunderland fan and we've been linked with your former assistant Rene Maric.
I'd be grateful if you could tell me about his time at Leeds and if he came across as head coach material? He's currently Bayern Munich under 19 head coach
Thanks in advance
What ever league we are in next season we need to get Boro's number 9: Latte Lath
He has lots of pace, he knows how to score, has a great work rate, he is young. We must buy him
Yet another ding-dong battle ongoing between the famous two.
With three points separating the Glaswegians, and both have four matches to play, the deciding factor could be their notorious derby at Celtic Park on 11th May.
Scraping the barrel out here but.....
Is there another Ipswich coming up from League One?
Portsmouth & Derby County have both enjoyed successful periods in the past.
Looking at the table, Pompey have only lost five games this season, both appear defensively sound, though neither team has scored as many goals as their play-off rivals.
Good Morning. It's Monday 29th April, and here are the latest headlines from Elland Road...
Pitiful performances see's Whites punished
Leeds run of bad form continued on Friday evening, with a pitiful performance against Championship strugglers QPR. To say Farke's men were second best is an insult to the runner up metaphor. There wasn't anything at all to get excited about. The hosts were hungrier, stronger, more inventive and clinical were it mattered.
The 4-0 scoreline may have flattered the hosts... Читать дальше...
QPR fan here to understand the boos at the half time speech. We would expect most people to support a grieving dad but wasn't the case at the away end last night.
For context, the man giving his speech lost his son (a former QPR youth player) 18 years ago, he created a charity in in son's name and was greiving and trying to gee up support for his charity and he got boos from the away end and when he addressed it the boos got louder.
My question is why?
Did something happen in the away end at the same time that we missed? Читать дальше...
