Jyoti Kisange Amge, the world's shortest woman, turned 27 yesterday (December 16). Amge celebrated her birthday in her hometown of Nagpur, Maharashtra, with family and friends. Amge, born in Nagpur, is two feet tall (61.95 cm) and was certified by Guinness World Records as the shortest living woman in 2011. Famously appearing in the American anthology horror television series, 'American Horror Story, Freak Show' as 'Ma Petite,' she works as an actress and a reality TV star.

Officials in a park rescued a family of swans that became trapped on a frozen lake in northern China. The video, shot in the city of Tianjin on December 8, shows two big swans and three cygnets trapped on the frozen lake. Two workers approached the trapped swans on a boat to break the ice and then took them onto the vessel to bring them back to the shore. The video was provided by local media with permission.

A container truck ferrying a high-capacity generator got stuck underneath a flyover in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on December 16. A pair of women dressed in burqas stole gold ornaments worth an estimated USD $16,340 with the help of children on December 14 in central India. This was the hilariously cute moment a duo of one-year-old twins from Graceville, Florida annihilated their birthday cake. The footage captured on June 24, 2019, shows both the youngsters grabbing what they can of the buttercream frosting. Filmer Dawn Spikes said: "They took the eating cake for the first time to the extreme. "We had made the cake from scratch with my homemade buttercream frosting. "After they finished off the whole cake they got baths in the baby pool."

Summer Arsenault filmed as she overtook the pooch and could not hold her laughter. She wrote online: "Sorry for my annoying yelling, I was way too excited to see this. Our first time seeing this dog, safe to say it was amazing. "He looked too cool with his one paw hanging over the door. Just feeling the wind blow through his hair."
