Skin-crawling footage shows tiny bark lice travelling on a shrub together in Sullivan, Missouri, on July 2. An adult bark louse also crawls and follows the herd of nymphs travelling the bush. Insect enthusiast Eva Wiedeman said she found the little creatures while walking in the garden. She said: "I always go outside to look for insects, then I saw these creatures together." Also called tree cattle, bark lice exhibit the fascinating behaviour of moving in groups, somewhat like a flock of sheep or herd of cattle.

This is the astonishing moment a landspout tornado whipped up piles of sand as it spread through a construction site on July 16. The powerful gust of swirling wind hit the patch of land while trucks were carrying equipment in Battambang, Cambodia. This is the heartwarming moment residents catch a stranded cat that fell from a telephone line. The clumsy moggy clambered onto the wires connected to homes in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on June 16. However, the fearless feline lost its balance and was left clinging on with its front two paws. A tigress in northern India used a safari jeep full of tourists as a shield to prey on a deer undetected. The extraordinary incident took place on April 14, 2012, in Ranthambore National Park. The clip shows the tiger stalking the prey before pouncing and just missing the deer.

A truck-mounted crane flipped over while it was loading materials from a building site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The vehicle was collecting debris but was overloaded by the weight. Footage shows how the upended vehicle blocked the busy road as locals gathered round to witness the chaos. The driver emerged unhurt from the wreckage and the crashed vehicle was removed later that evening on July 10.

Paris turns part of the Seine into an open-air cinema for moviegoers to safely watch films while sticking to social distancing rules. The Paris Plages is a yearly tradition where parts of the Seine get transformed into man-made beaches. Each of the 38 boats can seat up to six people who know each other.
